Landon-

I think what you are tyring to do is create a complicated utility rate
structure.  You do not need to create different electric meters to do this.
It can get a little tricky depending on how complicated your rate structure
is, but basically in the 'utility and economics' tab you need to create
different 'blocks' that relate to the varying charges.  These blocks will
operate on different schedules that correlate to peak or off peak time of
days.  I would recommend taking a look at the complex California utility
rates provided in the eQuest wizard to get an idea of how they work.
