[Equest-users] TMY files and Utility Rates

Hello all,

I am trying to put a TMY3 weather file into eQuest and I get an error, see attached bmp. Is there a difference between a TMY file and TMY3 file? I got the TMY3 file from White Box Tech http://whiteboxtechnologies.com/weather_data.html 

Also is there a way to change the Elec and Gas Rates once you get into Detailed Data Edit Mode in eQuest?
