[Equest-users] Coincident heating and cooling

You must have an HVAC system that CAN perform coincident heating and cooling loads, such as a reheat system. You can minimize it by raisng the cooling set point for that type of system.

What are reasons for occurrence of “coincident heating and cooling hours” in the model SS-C and SS-E reports. What should be it’s idle value? What has to be done in order to eliminate it?
