[Equest-users] VVT, heating only

1.
Put the cooling on a separate electric meter so that it does not report it, or set the cooling thermostat set point to the maximum allowable value or a combination of these.
2.
VVT is an available system type.. not sure if you were asking because of the no cooling.
3.
Utility bill matching is very difficult, you will need to know more specifics about the schedules of operations, equipment efficiencies, lighting efficiencies... so on. If it is close +-10% I would not worry about it, otherwise you will need to massage the model to fit existing conditions.

Subject: [Equest-users] VVT, heating only

Hi all,

I have a VVT type system but with no cooling, heating only. What kind of system type I can model that? When I chose the HW furnace with zone ventilation, the heating consumption was smaller than the utility bill. If I chose other type of system (package VVT, MZ, etc.), it's assuming it has some kind of cooling.

Thanks in advance for your help.
