[Equest-users] Creating Multiple Custom Zone Layouts

You can do it in the DD wizard (as opposed to the SD wizard). It gives
you the option to create a second shell.

I'm new to equest and I'm trying to model a fairly simple 4 story
building, the top 3 floors all have the same floor plan but the bottom
floor has a different floor plan.  I have been trying to figure out
if/how I can create two different zone patterns without success.  It
seems like there should be a way to do this but I can't figure it out.
Does anyone else know if this is possible, and if so how to do it?
