[Equest-users] Separate Dehumification Device

I have a Outpatient Medical/Surgery Building in Texas.

The building is generally served by two DX RTUs with VAV and electric heat. One unit has a branch which is constant volume for 4 surgery rooms. THIS branch has its own 20 ton scroll chiller with 38 DegF water to dehumifiy the air.

Any suggestions as to accurately modeling THIS ONE?
