[Equest-users] Dual duct vav OA control

In the dual duct system, is the OA sent to the space only through the
cold deck, or it is in the same ratio (oa/total supply air) through the
hot/cold deck. From the engineering manual it seems to be the later, but
if one looks at the hourly data, it looks like the cold deck flow
(during heating) in a zone is based on how much OA is needed in that
zone.
