I used both methods. Depending on feelings. However, for simpler
projects, I prefer the open-to-below method.

Thanks.

Subject: [Equest-users] Internal Staircases

Hello All,

When modeling internal staircases does anyone use the multilevel feature
for the bottom portion and the open to below feature for the top
portion? Or can you simply split the area of the stairs onto each floor?
I don't think that modeling the staircase in detail has a large impact
on results, but was curious to know what others do.

Thank You,

Niko
