[Equest-users] Baseline Modelling

Hi All,
I am new to eQuest. I am modeling a new building elementary school which has 3 levels approximately 84000 SF.I have construction details, with MEP details. For construction of baseline model we have to follow the ASHRAE standards? If Yes the construction materials and window sizing should we follow as per ASHRAE (wizard mode default)? Or we have to follow same material and window sizing for both baseline and proposed?. Can we increase minimum design air flow(CFM/SF) from 0.5 which is default, can I increase that number to 1 in baseline?.

Any help would is greatly appreciated.
