[Equest-users] 3D rendering gone

Bill,

Selecting "Reset Camera" isn't even an option; something is really
fouled up. Every time I right-click I get a list of all the walls in
the building (exterior at the top, then interior below), like this:

Changing to another input module tabs (Utility & Economics, Internal
Loads, etc.) and back has not offered any hope either. I welcome any
more ideas.

James,

Here are a couple of responses from the archives:

This can be fixed without re-opening the file. If you right click in
the black area and select "Reset Camera" and then change to a different
input category using the buttons at the top of the screen and back
again, your view will be restored. This assumes that you are not in a
wizard at the time.

Before you try to re-open the model try this first:

1) "Reset Camera"
2) Change from the Building Shell tab to any of the other tabs and then
click back into the Building Shell tab.
3) "Reset Camera" again.

That usually fixes it.

All,

I am working on a model in v3.61 and seem to have lost the 3D rendering
of the building. When I try to right click on the otherwise black
background to "Reset Camera", it pops up a list of all the zones in the
building. I've run the simulation (because doing that has worked in the
past to restore the 3D rendering), unchecked more than half of the
components on the 3D View Details tab, tried opening the file in v3.60,
tried opening the file on another machine, etc. Nothing.

Has anyone else encountered this and what did you do to fix the issue?
Any help is appreciated.
