[Equest-users] gbxml conversion pricing

i have been working on a translation program to convert gbxml files to 
equest in either a wizard or detailed mode format.  so far it seems to 
work pretty well for single-story buildings (wizard mode) and at least 
two-story buildings (detailed mode).  i don't have any gbxml files of 
three stories or greater to test it on yet.  the attached equest screen 
caps shows a converted single-story building in detailed and wizard 
modes.  (detailed on left, wizard on right)

my question really is:  is there sufficient need in the market for this 
if i were to sell the program?  if so what would an acceptable price 
point (single license or site) be?  i am not a fan of 
software-as-a-service (saas) or subscriptions so any license would not 
be either one of those.
