[Equest-users] CAV to VAV conversion

Hi
What is the best method to implement a CAV to VAV conversion?
I have problems with the VFD implementation in eQuest. 
The VAV  minimum airflow need to be set on 100% when I simulate CAV in my
baseline.
But when I use the EEM Wizard I can't change this to less than 100%.
 
Help is appreciated.
