In addition to any façade lighting, also account for the parking lot area, building entrances, walkways, etc.  Refer to Table 9.4.5 in ASHRAE 90.1-2004.

For exterior lighting, does any one know what area is used when applying the W/ft2? I do not see a way to define an external lighting area.  Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
