[Equest-users] No heating or cooling energy?

I am utilizing eQuest for my research and when I perform a simulation eQuest
tells me that there is no heating or cooling energy, which I find hard to
believe for a building located in Florida, let alone anywhere else.  Can
anyone help me out?
