[Equest-users] Evaporative Coolers

I'm having trouble resolving cooling unmet load hours of two large direct-evaporative coolers, one serving a kitchen and the other an adjacent cafeteria. I've tried all of the suspect reasons to solve the issue but can't figure it out. Seems simple enough, but I'd appreciate help.

Thanks in advance.
