Have to ask - the building isn't a square floorplate with identical facades and zoning?

Another possibility is if you've input the geometry in a way that is absolute instead of relative to site and shell orientation.  I think you'd have to go out of your way to do this in equest though.

Other than that, I think we need to see your parametric inputs/outputs.  PRR, PRD and parametric CSV output files.
