[Equest-users] Cooling Part load Performance

Dear Equesters,

In the baseline, ASHRAE specify water-cooled chiller with minimuim
efficiency 4.45 COP and 5.2 IPLV. In eQuest we put COP value. how are we
able to know the COP at 80%.
and how to ensure that the minimuim IPLV value is 5.02 within eQuest.
