[Equest-users] LEED demand numbers

These should be the non-coincident value numbers. The best evidence I can readily reference is the old LEED-NC v2.1 Sample EAc1 Documentation which shows a non-zero value for Exterior Lighting.
Standard eQuest reports will provide you both coincident and non-coincident values.

The exterior lighting should have a demand of zero. The peak demand time is almost always during the day and the exterior lights are off during the day. Simply write a short narrative explaining this and they will accept your answer.

Which value do you usually use for the demand number in the LEED templates. I have been using the coincident demand value but that yields a value of zero for exterior lighting (which always gets a comment from LEED). Should I be using the non-coincident value?
