qualifies for LEED

Subject: [Equest-users] equest and LEED
Hi all,
I'm new to this list, so this has probably been answered many times
before.
Is eQUEST an approved modeling software for LEED ? I notice eQUEST is
not referenced in the "LEED New Construction Guide 2009", but DOE-2 is.
Does this qualify eQUEST?
