Beta versions of this and our LCCA tool are available at:

We welcome feedback on these beta versions! The EMIT tool is a
compilation of spreadsheet-based calculators developed in response to
the need for tools that help building professionals translate design
data and code requirements into typical energy model inputs. As an
example, this helps with modeling DHW heaters, calculating 90.1
allowed fan power, and generating DOE-2 and EnergyPlus schedules from
8760 data.
