I recommend using load management with the equipment controls. This
allows you to have more options on how to control the ice storage
system.

There is no discharge schedule in the tank property page, you can use
equipment control by schedule on the loop control page to control this,
but until now I don't know how to control the energy extraction per hour
from the tank.

 I want to simulate ice storage system by thermal storage. 
I modeled a cold water tank. And made a charge schedule. 
I dont know how to set the discharge schedule.
