[Equest-users] Reflectivity vs Absorbtance

ASHRAE Appendix G requires baseline models to have roofs and walls with a
Reflectivity of 0.30 but eQuest only allows for entering the Absorbtance
value.  Am I correct to assume that with obpaque surfaces  Absorbtance = (1
- reflectivity)?
