[Equest-users] Heating not satisfied by the central and the zone reheating

Hi

i have a factory  where my design case is going to be two stage evaporative
cooled , and heated by electrical coils , the problem im facing is that the
 central elecrical heater is not providing the required  heating energy and
the zone wise reheating is also not working , i have checked the outside air
flow which it is set to 100 % fresh air , i have checked the heating
schedules also it is set to 70 deg f , i dont know why the heating is not
being provided by the coils , is it because the zone wise reheating or the
central electric heating wont work with a evaportive cooler system, i have
tried with other systems it is working well ,  any advice on this would be
helpful
