Sounds good so far. Make sure you select "System per Zone" for the PTAC
system.

Hi everyone,
 
I have a (hopefully simple) question on how to model a senior living
center HVAC system.  Central natural gas boiler provide heating which is
delivered through baseboards and cooling is provided by through-wall AC
units (one per each apartment).
 
I've modeled the system as Cooling: DX coils; Heating: None; System
Type: PTAC (no heating).  I'm currently in the DD Wizard so on Wizard
Screen 6 I've selected Baseboard source as Hot Water Loop.
 
I'm hoping that someone can confirm this is the correct way to model
this system.
