[Equest-users] Help - Understanding hot water loop losses in eQUEST

This may seem like a silly question, please forgive me, I am an eQUEST
beginner. Does anyone know the *basis on which you asign a hot water loop
loss*? What exactly is a "supply UA" in a btu/h - degree F? Our model is
currently using the number "9" for a supply UA and seems to be working
nicely.
