[Equest-users] Time-of-use Utility Rates

Hi everybody,

 

If you look at the screen shot below, you can see the "Energy Charge
Schedule" field that I'm trying to populate with my PG&E Sch-E20
Schedule.  I haven't had to do one of these before, but it seems to me
like you create block charges and then flag them in your day/week/annual
schedules and the annual schedule gets assigned in the Energy Charge
Schedule field I mentioned before.

 

The only problem is that I can't select this schedule from the drop down
menu and it won't let me create a new schedule of the "flag" type.  Has
anybody had a problem like this or know how to enter TOU rates?
