[Equest-users] Boiler Process Loads & Space Heat

Dear all,
 
I am using a Condensing HW Boiler with a hot water loop. When I enter the Hot Water Loop, there is the Process/DHW Loads tab. What is the Process Load and the Process Flow exactly? I do not know what value to input.
 
Similarly the case of DWH Plant Loop, I also have to input the process flow.
 
Finally, when I run the simulation, I get zero in the Space Heat category. The boiler is supplying hot water to underfloor pipes: isn’t this considered Space Heat?
