[Equest-users] "Insufficient heating warnings" in 3.64

It sounds like you need to specify a thermostat type of reverse action. I
would also increase the throttling range to 6. Look in the documentation for
a discussion regarding VAV, thermostats and throttling range or look in the
archives.
