[Equest-users] 2 chiller primary pumps 1=20hp 2=5hp

Make two modeled chiller and pump combinations in eQuest, one that will
match your summer operating strategy, and use a second chiller and pump
combination to match your winter strategy.  The modeled chiller in each
combo will reflect your actual chiller under those conditions.

You can either allow equest to decide when each would run, or else schedule
them to be available seasonally if that would more accurately reflect the
actual use.
