[Equest-users] Occupancy Schedule Fraction Type

Hello users,

I am trying to understand what the decimal numbers mean on the standard 
schedules, specifically the occupancy.  I am trying to create a custom 
occupancy for a church, which is not one of the listed types of 
occupancies.  I have searched the manuals, but they talk in 
generalities.  Before I create a custom schedule I want to know how the 
standard ones work.
