[Equest-users] HVAC zoning with single zone ASHPs

My building has 6 floors of nearly identical residential units, 203 units in
all. Each unit is served by a split system air-source heat pump. Would it be
correct to group all the units on, say, the 3rd floor south side into a
single zone, then specify the HVAC system as the sum of the individual unit
capacities and flow rates, keeping the efficiency the same as the individual
unit efficiency?

My hope is to greatly simplify the model by grouping south side units and
north side units on each floor, but I need to maintain accuracy.

Thank you all in advance,
