[Equest-users] Gas consumption report order of magnitude

eQUEST is reporting in MBTU's = 1,000,000 BTU's = 10 therms.  In some
reports it will use therms, but for the most part it's MBTU's.  364 therms
= 36.4 MBTU's, which lines up with your other reports.
