Thank you for your replies. There is a similar use of MBtu and Therm units
in the Revit Conceptual Energy Analysis application, which is running the
DOE2 simulation engine. The ambiguity in reporting units makes for some
confusion.

eQUEST is reporting in MBTU's = 1,000,000 BTU's = 10 therms.  In some
reports it will use therms, but for the most part it's MBTU's.  364 therms
= 36.4 MBTU's, which lines up with your other reports.
