[Equest-users] How to create utility rate structure

Hello All,

I am trying to create gas rate structure. I want to include delivery charges for the first 500 m3 , Next 1,050 m3, Next 4,500 m3 so on, transportation charge, gas supply charge, and cost adjustment.

Similarly I have to do that for electrical energy usage.

Can anyone help me on how to create this complex rate structure?
