[Equest-users] Skylight Parametrc Tool - Cant get economics reports to generate?

When using the skylight parametric tool inside Equest, I can generate
the daylight luminance by space reports but not the energy and utility
bill savings reports.  Clicking the button only prompts a blank internet
browser to open.  The URL is opening a ssr.htm file from my Equest
project directory but the file is empty?  Does anyone have any ideas.
The skylight tutorial looks really great if I could get it to work.
