[Equest-users] Default Values

Bradley,

1. Don't know the answer to this question.  What value are you trying to
restore to default in detailed mode?  Jurisdiction has no effect on the
actual input of the detailed file as far as I know.  Building type should
also not have any direct impact on the model, it just helps the wizard to
determine default values for other items (HVAC systems types available,
lighting and plug load values).

2. The infiltration values from the wizard are converted to a CFM/SF value
in detailed mode.  There is no constant factor.  Say you enter 0.05 CFM/SF
of wall area in the wizard and for a particular space this equates to 50
CFM.  The wizard converts this to a CFM/SF number by dividing the calculated
infiltration value from your inputs (50 CFM) by the floor area of the space.
