[Equest-users] question about water "Design Flow"

Hey, Xiaoyang,

View the report *PV-A: Plant Design Parameters*. If there is water loop in
the model, there will be a "circulation loops" section which contain a
keyword "Loop Flow (Gal/Min)".

*Loop Flow (Gal/Min)*:is the flow at the larger of the HEATING-CAPACITY or
COOLING-CAPACITY, at the design loop temperature change. (Page 167, DOE2.2
Volume4: Libraries & Reports)
