[Equest-users] 90.1 Window U-value

Hi Daniel,
I believe we're supposed to apply each as they would apply
prescriptively to the design, at least to the extent you've made those
distinctions in the proposed model. That's to say, if you've chosen to
define your entrance doors & curtainwall as one "window" with cohesive
properties - I think you could just use the more conservative number
(curtainwall) in the baseline.

Subject: [Equest-users] 90.1 Window U-value
Hello all,
Does anyone know which of the U-values to choose for the baseline window
in 90.1-2007 when modelling to Appendix G requirements?
Is it Nonmetal framing (all), Metal framing (curtainwall/storefront),
Metal framing (entrance door) or Metal framing (all other)?
Or is it supposed to match the proposed design construction?
Cheers,
Dan
