Either create multiple primary CHW loops (as is probably the case for a
building with so many chillers) or combine the chillers in a way that
makes the most modeling sense. With so many chillers, it will be
important to understand how they are (or will be) staged to meet the
load, and to combine their capacities, and prorate their efficiencies
etc. accordingly.

A building has 42 air cooled chillers. The maximum number of chillers
that be attached to the primary chw loop is 10. What do you do?
