[Equest-users] chattanooga TN bin weather file

Ramana,

Attached is a TMY2 weather file in DOE-2 *.bin format for Chattanooga TN (sent to Ramana 
only).  Please note that all TMY3 weather files in DOE-2 *.bin format are also available 
on my company web site at  www.whiteboxtechnologies.com/weather_data.html . The TMY3s were 
done in 2008, and has 1,020 locations in contrast to the TMY2s that exist for 239 locations.
