[Equest-users] Cooling Capacity is changing when HVAC system changed from Air cooled condenser to water cooled condenser and to water cooled Chiller

Dear users,
 
I am modeling a building to compare different HVAC system performance in
terms of kW/TR. When I switched from one HAVC system to other cooling
capacity is also changing.

My question is why cooling coil capacity is changing when we changed the
condenser circuit from air cooled  to water cooled.
 
Anybody faced this type of problem, please give me the solution.
