[Equest-users] Roofing consistency when doing 179D Baseline Simulations

Good morning,

I am doing a 179D project for a client and I have a question:

The roofing of the client's building varies between sections, from
unpainted steel to rubber roofing. Shall the baseline building's roofing
match the actual client's building in terms of roof surfaces or should I
make them all consistent?

Speaking of rubber roofing, is there an option in the external roofing
surfaces that will accurately model rubber roofing or shall I need to dive
into the detailed edit mode and modify the U-factor instead?
