[Equest-users] Equest Error Help

I get this error everytime I open the file.  Anyone know how to fix this?  Any help would be great.

"The following issues were encountered while calculating pitch roof intersections and planes for building shell building envelope and loads1
Error 8:  Unable to find an intersection point between the plan/plane intersection line and closest last segment line
Error 10:  Not all rooof surfaces could be completely generated."
