[Equest-users] Why the unmet hours of the ground floor and the 2nd floor differ so much?

Dear every one,
 
In my model, the VAV with reheat system is set for each zone. All of the settings of the building and hvac system of the ground floor and the 2 floor are the same. but the unmet hours of the 2 floor is only about 30, while the unmet hours of the ground floor is more than 700. the fan supply flow is left blank to let it be autosized. I'm totally bewildered at the point. Can anybody help me out?
