[Equest-users] Strange Warning

I'm working on a simulation with FCU and some SZRH units.  In the output
I'm getting a warning that I've not encountered before:

 

**CAUTION***************************************************************

             System: EL3 Sys8 (PSZ) (G.N1)            could not
successfully

             allocate all energy to the 5-minute bins during

             heating because of an equipment overload.  The peak

             load used in ECONOMICS will not include the fraction

             due to the overload, but the PLANT reports will.

             Mon/Day/Hour:  1  3  7  Energy:   1.4  Unallocated: 0.082

 

Could someone explain what this means?  SYS8 is a chilled water SZRH.
