[Equest-users] Output Report - What's Up? - UPDATE

check your filename - baseline design_EG_MoEU.ED.csv file & see if the 
numbers differ in it than the beps/bepu/ps-* reports.  i'm pretty sure 
this is the file the graphical reports pull their data from.
