Qualified candidates should have:

*	Advanced degree in building systems and building performance
simulations.
*	Knowledge of building envelope, HVAC, lighting and renewable
energy systems.
*	Experience in energy simulation, energy audit, HVAC design, CFD
modeling and system diagnostics.
*	Excellent communication skills and capable of interacting well
with clients.
