[Equest-users] set window % in wizard & reported in LV-D report

I am not at a computer that has eQuest on it. But I wonder if the Wizard is l.oloking a the Window to NET wall ratio and LV-D is the Window to GROSS wall ratio.
 
I am always leery of the Wizard.

I am setting the % of window floor-to-floor at 40 percent and window width to zero in the DDE wizard, yet the LV-D reports only 28%. What would cause this?
