Hi Joseph,

*         Navigate to water-side tab

* Right click the "project" line at the top of the component tree

*         "Create DW Heater..."

* Select a name, "create from scratch", choose heating source

* Assign a DHW loop (or create one if you haven't already: "- library -", "DEFAULT-DHW" - you'll be prompted for loop flows & scheduling)

If you have DHW equipment already defined, you can alternatively copy (or link to) the existing heater equipment to save time.

In detailed edits, you can follow a similar procedure to create any component, under the appropriate tab.

Subject: [Equest-users] installing domestic hot water tank, in detailed mode

Hi all,

I am wondering if there is a way to input/install a domestic hot water tank after exiting the wizard mode within Equest.
If any of you have any information on this it would be greatly appreciated!

Joseph
