[Equest-users] DOE weather site down?

Forgot to mention that TMY3 weather files are also available for free at my weather 
website http://weather.whiteboxtechnologies.com/wd-TMY3 .
If the GoogleEarth Ap doesn't load correctly, switch to another browser like Google 
Chrome, Firefox, etc.
